• Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive the product, if it is:
    Being scratched or stones fell out (if any) due to the transportation process,
    Defective because of the manufacturing process (uneven polish, stones fell out, etc.),

     Please immediately notify the delivery staff to get your order returned to us. For faster processing time, please also contact your sales consultant to check your order (office hours, excluding Saturday & Sunday).

  • We highly recommend you to record a video, or take photos of the received package so that we can further proceed in case any issue happens. The evidence must include the shipping label, packaging components & unused jewelry item(s).
  • Within 2 days from receiving the order, you can exchange to another product (the new product must have an equal value or higher than the item to be exchanged, no support on exchanging or refunding if the new item has a lower value). After 2 days above, if you are no longer in need of using the product, we do not support the exchange.
  • You can only exchange 1 time for a requested order.
  • Orders sent to us must be intact, shows no signs of scratches or signs of being used.
  • All included accessories (jewelry box, brochure, coupon code, etc.) must be returned along with your order.
  • Discounted products and customized jewelry are not eligible for this program.
  • For ring jewelries, check your sizes carefully before making an order. You can get some measuring instructions here or contact us if you’re not sure about your sizes.
  • If you are no longer in need of using the product, we do not support the refund.
