In case you want to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible for further assistance. When our workshop begins to make your order, we cannot proceed your request.

If you wish to cancel the order, please contact the customer service within 2 hours after placing an order for further assistance. For orders paid via bank transfer/Internet banking, we will make refund within 2 working days (office hours, excluding Saturday & Sunday).
After this time, we will process & prepare the packaging for you, you cannot cancel your order.

Jewelry Care

Since most of our silver jewelry pieces are Rhodium-plated, there are some special requirements that you might need to take into consideration:
– Take them off after daily use & clean it with a soft polishing cloth.
– Store your jewelries in a dry place, avoid putting them in humid areas such as bathroom or wet surfaces.
– Make sure your jewelries do not directly contact with any chemicals or cosmetic products such as perfumes, creams.
– Make sure your jewelries do not touch each other or scratching might occur.

A jewelry piece is considered an investment. Looking after your jewelry properly will help maintain its splendor, shine & lifespan.
We strongly recommend taking off your jewelry before showering, even going to bed, or taking part in any physical activity.


We are currently offering payment methods, including: cash-on delivery* (COD), credit/debit card payment, bank transfer, in-store payment*, Internet banking payment.
*Only applied within Vietnam

Please make a bank transfer payment within 3 days after placing your order to avoid automatic cancellation.


As soon as your order is sent to delivery service, we will provide you order tracking number through:
– Provided email address (if you purchase on our website), or,
– Email address provided & text message (if you order via Facebook or Instagram).

You do not have to pay shipping costs if the receiving address is within Ho Chi Minh City (applied for any +500,000đ order). However, if you made an order from:

– Other regions, provinces & cities outside Ho Chi Minh City,
– A country other than Vietnam,

Please pay the shipping fee announced on your order.

After the order is sent to delivery service, you cannot change your address. Please provide correct delivery details for your convenience.

Fan Silver Jewelry always chooses trustworthy delivery partners to ensure fast & convenient shipments to our dearest customers.
However, in case you receive a notice with successful shipment but still have not receive your package on hand, please contact our customer service for immediate support. We will be responsible for working with the delivery partner until the package is sent to you.

You can receive your order at Fan Silver Jewelry‘s stores (currently only applied within Ho Chi Minh City). In the receiving address, please choose “Pick up at the store”, then choose the branch you want to visit.
When the product is available to pick up, a consultant will inform you through the provided phone number or messages.


We need your information to send you special promotions & discounts on your birthday month; that’s why you need to provide us only correct information & that cannot be changed afterwards.

If you think you have given us the wrong date, do not hesitate to contact us here. We only accept adjustments under following conditions:

  1. You are able to prove us that the birthday was entered incorrectly.
  2. You haven’t received any of our birthday email. After the first email that we send out, you cannot request any adjustments.
